AMD graphics cards: The new AMD Software Adrenalin Edition version 22.4.1 is here
Almost three weeks ago, AMD had recently published new graphics card drivers for Radeon graphics cards. Now a fresh driver package is available for download again. The AMD Software Adrenalin Edition 22.4.1 is compatible with all Radeon graphics cards since the RX 400 series, with mobile graphics chips from the Radeon 600 series. The size of the download is for Windows 10 and 11, each in the 64-bit version, 539 megabytes. The core of the update is according to the releaseotes of the Support for the new Unreal Engine 5.0 including the developer Engine Demo "City Sample". In addition, AMD has fixed three bugs. Among other things, in some cases, there was driver-approved artifacts at Horizon: Zero Dawn, and also with AMD's Radeon Super Resolution there was a problem.
CPU overclocking error on the list
Not yet fixed, but already on the to-do list are other problems. One of the problems is probably the effect described by our PC Games Hardware Colleagues, which noticed some users with Ryzen CPUs and Radeon graphics card that the CPU overclocking settings are virtually overlapped by the graphics card drivers. Because meanwhile, with the AMD graphics card drivers, you can also control the CPU if it is an AMD-Ryzen CPU. With this feature, there seems to be the said problem.
