Eight cartoon webtoon groups, including the Korea Manga Association, decided to take active measures to protect cartoon webtoon copyrights along with the National Assembly after the use of 'Old Blood Hangho' copyright.

The comic Webtoon group announced that it would issue a statement to take fundamental countermeasures to protect copyrights and jointly respond with Kim Seung-soo (national strength) and Yoo Jung-ju (Democratic Party).

The hot blood strong incident is a matter of criticism of the comic webtoon industry because Tigon Mobile and Longtu Korea did not seek the consent of the original author in the process of launching the blockchain version of Korea.

In response, the industry said it would actively solidify the enthusiastic strong case in the sense that it may not be protected by the copyright of the copyrights that were hardened if they were not actively responded. Yang Jae-hyun and electrode artists, the creators of the hot blood, said, This incident was a precedent, and it was forced to respond to prevent cartoon creators from suffering similar damage.

Meanwhile, the comic webtoon-related organizations that decided to co-respond to this work are the Korean Manga Association, Woori Manga Solidarity, Webtoon Association, Korea Webtoon Writers Association, Korea Cartoon Association, Korea Cartoon Story Artist Association, Korea Webtoon Industry Association Eight organizations, including the local comic webtoon council, include almost all organizations representing the Korean cartoon webtoon industry.
